El Rodeo Mexican Restaurant

Service was good, nice atmosphere, but the food wasn't very hot. It's a newly opened place, so I am giving them the benefit of the doubt. It was a Friday evening, and they were very busy, but that's no excuse. Had the food been warmer, thus place would be a solid four stars. The prices are reasonable, and there are lots of choices on the menu. We will return there again to give it another shot.

Gotta work out some bugs at this new location, but the food is still good. New store, & some new servers. Couple that with us going on opening night, & service was pretty darn slow. I'll give the benefit of the doubt, tho...I'm sure I'll be back to give them another star or 2, & change this review. The food was tasty, plentiful, & I love the new space. The new bar is gorgeous, & i like that they're offering lunchtime delivery. Authentic Mexican food in town? Worth a visit.

We visited the new Carlisle location today. Much nicer than the old one. Decent Mexican food. The service was a little slow, the hostess seemed lost and took awhile to greet us. I imagine they are pretty new service staff and will continue to improve.
