    This place! This place! Four years ago I took my wife to Puerto Rico for her birthday. I have chased the dragon searching for the flavors of Puerto Rico since we got back (especially MOFONGO}! This place ticks every mark for me- the plantains are perfect (and in the mofongo it has the perfect amount of garlic), the meat is absolute perfection. We’ve eaten here the last two Fridays, and I wish I could do it every night. The Boricua platter is probably the tastiest dish in Carlisle. Go here! Keep them in business!!!
