Food was excellent. Wide variety of food for breakfast. Variety of coffee. Casual atmosphere. Order at counter. They bring food to your table. Not a huge place but we had 8 people at 10:00 am and there was plenty of seating. Service was fast. Daily specials. Will go again

First time at Valley Bistro. I got the avocado toast and a cranberry orange muffin. The avocado toast was amazing! And it filled me up! I tried a bite of the muffin but was too full to finish it, but the muffin was so fresh and delicious. Took it home and now get to enjoy it as a snack later. My husband got the special, oreo pancakes, and he said they were very good as well.

Had the Shortie, basically a spin on eggs Benedict with beef short rib instead of ham. Really good food. Coffee is great. A great place to go for a premium breakfast. It's a bit hidden, but the location next to a few supermarkets makes it easy to stop in before shopping.

My first visit to this new place and absolutely loved it. One has to order at the counter and the food is served on the table. It's a breakfast and lunch place with number of selections on their menu. They are also very accommodating with requests to customize the dish. Had the red velvet pancake and was just great. Also had their chicken gyro which came with a side of chips. Sauce and ingredients in gyro were fresh and tasteful. Their drinks and coffee counter is on one side and is self-serve. Many flavors of coffee - I tried the vanilla and the Jamaican Me crazy. Vanilla one was natural vanilla, no artificial flavor with little spice (not overpowering) and the Jamaican mix was one of the best ones. I was told the owner gets these from Philly. Staff was friendly and checked on us at times for anything we needed. Have lot of food sayings displayed on the wall. Access if from Valley Road, a little tricky - its much easier to make a turn from the Giant Weis red light and come back to enter. Good addition to the neighborhood.

Tried this week's special, Cinnamon Roll Pancakes. Light, fluffy with a little crispness on one side. Sweet cream swirled on top adds just enough sweetness to the pancakes. Service was great as usual.

The description of another special this week, Soft Shell Crab Sandwich, also sounded fantastic. Too bad I only have one stomach.
