Pleasant and relaxing eating atmosphere. Good food at reasonable prices.
I consistently order a green goddess salad with no bacon, no dressing, and no onions. Ask for an extra egg and they charge me an extra $1. Bacon is a protein that they would charge an extra $1 for, so if I am not getting bacon AND dressing, AND onions...seems like they could throw an extra egg in there without an upcharge. The last manager did it for me, begrudgingly, after 5 minutes of explanation. This should be simpler. And the managers should be more accommodating of dietary requests. How about we just swap a protein for a protein, since you charge an extra $1 for all of them, and call it even? I'm sure salad dressing, onions, and bacon collectively cost much more than one egg.
Otherwise, food quality is great and service is pretty quick.
What is not to like about Panera bread!
We ordered lunch today.
I had a sandwich and my son the Mac and cheese. Both were really good.
We ordered on their touchscreen tablets that were super easy to use. Once finished, you pick up one of their buzzers and wait for it to go off. It sure did not take long and we could pick up our food at the counter. ( This location does not bring the food to your table)
Like i mentioned before, it was really good. After doing some errands we came back for an ice tea and a brownie for dessert. Both delicious!
They do have a cozy little fireplace inside this location with a table right by it!
I was a bit disappointed with the portion size. I ordered a soup and salad (pick two) and I had less of each than at ANY Panera Bread in 4 states. The fireplace could only accommodate one table. Did not like the set up at all. Not likely to go back to this location.
I think the portions have dwindled over the years. 2 for salad and soup was good but really not worth $10. Small portions. I still don't like the idea of the tip jar at order station. You serve yourself and clean up after yourself. I stop occasionally but not a place I frequent anymore.
