Shakedown BBQ

This out of the way, hard to find, hole in the wall is a gem. Take the effort to find this place. The place is cool and quirky. The people are great. The food is delicious and fresh. The portions are more than filling. When i got there, there was only one other patron, by the time I left the place was packed and many others picked up orders to go, but the employees kept the line moving and the food flowing. Will definitely return...????????????????

Just off I81 exit 79 in PA. We live in WV but take advantage of eating the best BBQ in 3 states when we pass through. Get here early. They sell out quick. Portions are huuuuuge. Music is loud. But since your mouth will be full you won't need to talk to anybody.

Found this place on apple maps, we pulled up and said “Oh this is going to be good!” I had the Goucho burger. The flavor was complex but just plain good! Much more than I’d expect from a joint on the side of the road! We also tried the cosmic cowboy wings. Which probably is the best dry rub wings I’ve ever had in my life. Friendly staff and outrageously good food! Definitely check this place out!

My wife and I have eaten here many, many times. Food is ALWAYS on point. If you're lucky enough to make it for breakfast, you're in for a special treat. Voodoo Wings are amazing, so is the brisket! My wife loves the smoked turkey with the Alabama White sauce!! Something you need to experience for yourself! Keep up the amazing work Chris and crew!!
