“My husband and I prefer local pubs verses chains when we travel, you meet such interesting people. We googled a place to eat and have a beer, found this place close to our hotel. The bartender was extremely nice and efficient, beer was cold. We did not eat due to the patrons vulgarity. Loud and extremely obnoxious behavior… yes all grown adults. At first we thought it was just a drunk patron, that happens everywhere…but to our dismay it was many and it got worse in the 15 minutes we were there. So as guessed we got out of there quickly. As far as the bar service and cleanliness I would say try this place when you visit this town. If you walk in and foul language is being yelled, I would not suggest. Most places have a rule of conduct this one must not.”

“I love betting on live horse races here. We also come here for the Churchill Downs race every year (you can bet on other track races, including the Derby). The Final Cut is a nice place to eat (pics below), and the casino has lots of casual dining, as well... I got a latte and croissant before in the AM lol.”

“Service is always slow and usually poor. Tbe food is okay but not great. The only good thing is the beer/alcohol but that's hard to mess up. Plus with slow service, sometimes it is hard to get a drink. They do have specials throughout the week but none are amazing. Mediocre is a good way to describe this bar”

“Better make reservations. If you want to get a good seat for the races, you'll need to call ahead. Most people dont leave until after the races are over once they get there. Additionally the food seems overpriced. The only fun pro tip I can share is that the bar area is where the jockeys, owners, and trainers hang out during the races. You can get some insider tips if you bump into the right person”

“90% of the time we have a great experience. We especially enjoy dining in the bar area; Heather is awesome! When we sit in the dining room, we typically wait a little bit longer and the service is not as great. Our favorite dining room server is Wes. Overall, I think this is one of the better steakhouses in the Harrisburg area. The chef tends to cook the steaks a little under the desired temperature so I would order up a temperature.”

“The coolest bar in hotel bar history. Great set up with stage and huge dance floor. I had the sante fe wrap as I often order chicken wraps at different places. This was easily the best anywhere! The side salad was also great. Tim my bartender was spot on! Long live winner's circle saloon!”

“This out of the way, hard to find, hole in the wall is a gem. Take the effort to find this place. The place is cool and quirky. The people are great. The food is delicious and fresh. The portions are more than filling. When i got there, there was only one other patron, by the time I left the place was packed and many others picked up orders to go, but the employees kept the line moving and the food flowing. Will definitely return...????????????????”
