    Let's be honest... It's hospital cafeteria food. It can only be so good and doesn't deserve four stars. The four stars are a result of the view. Undoubtedly the best view ever from any hospital cafeteria I've ever been in. I'm not an expert as I don't routinely hang out in hospital cafeterias but I really can't imagine a more stunning view. If you're eating in a hospital cafeteria life probably isn't going great for you, but sitting by the window watching the Susquehanna River flow by will give you some measure of peace. Spoiler: there's really only 6 1/2 bridges as one span of an old iron bridge collapsed a number of years ago after a run-in with an ice flow.
