Wilson's Secret Sauce

We had lunch here today. I had the Wilson’s Brisket burger and my wife the Township Line Brisket cheese steak. They both were very good and the service was great. The owner came out and talked to us which was nice. And I got some secret sauce to take home to use on my St.Louis ribs tonight. Can not wait to go back and try other items.

Got pulled pork sandwich on waitress’s recommendation, as well as mac and cornbread (over-ordered ☺️).
Pork was tender, salty, moist (maybe vinegared already?). Bun was toasted - nice touch.
Mac could serve two. Made with white cheese. Creamy, rich.
Cornbread cut was a big. Sweet and soft, cake-like.
4 stars because (Call me cheap.) I wasn’t expecting table service. Next time will order takeout then eat in the takeout section.

I am gluten sensitive. Went for lunch and they couldn’t have been more accommodating. Many items on their menu are gluten free, they have GF rolls and GF / vegan cheese and a dedicated fryer for gluten free food. The food was fresh and absolutely delicious, a real treat to be able to eat a great burger and fries and not worry. A great place to enjoy the “Secret Sauce” and the Wilson Family is pretty awesome too.

We are lovers of BBQ and plan trips around trying local BBQ. This is simply some of the best BBQ we've had, and the best in the area. Try the ribs before you even put on any sauce, and when Wilson comes around to your table ask for the "super secret sauce", you won't be disappointment.

This is a real find. It was recommended to us and boy are we glad. Barbecue at it beat served on paper dishes. Real eat with your hands and lick your fingers food. I highly recommend this place if you want really good casual eats. Ribs so good you dont need the sauce but get the sauce..its that good.
