“We went on a Monday for a late lunch around 3 PM. There were maybe 2-3 other tables seated. The seating area is very bright and I loved the sleek, “high-end”-feeling atmosphere. We were immediately seated and given menus to look at. We ordered the Pork Buns and I got the Chicken Katsu Curry Rice. I also ordered the Original Boba Tea. The Pork Buns come with 2 pieces. They were great! The pork was very tender and the BBQ-sauce complemented it very well. One of the better pork buns that I’ve tried. I definitely recommend getting their Pork Buns! The Chicken Katsu Curry Rice was a huge serving. I ended up taking half of it home. You get 2 breaded chicken cutlets. It comes basked in curry with rice under the katsu. It actually looked a little undercooked when it was first served and wasn’t as crispy as I hoped. The flavor of the curry was fine, though nothing to write home about. For the amount you get though, the price is worth it even if it’s not out of this world taste-wise. The waiter forgot our drinks so we didn’t get them until the end when we were almost done eating. The Original Boba Tea was what you would expect, though more on the bitter side. Although the tea had good flavor, the bubbles were hard and not the best. It seemed like there was only 1 person working the front and the kitchen. After taking our order, the waiter was in the back, hence why we couldn’t get our drinks out sooner. He did great all things considered, but they do seem a little short-staffed. Overall, not a bad restaurant to try out. I think the Pork Buns are a must-have if you visit. If you want bang for your buck, the Chicken Katsu Curry Rice is a good option. They also have mini combo meals that have ramen and a smaller entree.”

“Wow wow wow Nirvana is in Bryn Mawr finally ! I have been to all the other Nirvana locations and it’s always the best experience. Specially their Vegan and healthy Vegetarian options make Nirvana special Health conscious concept. Even their meat items are freshly cooked and all halal. The Crispy cauliflower is amazing and so is the Grilled Mushrooms. Now that Bryn Mawr location is opened, Mainline has a new gem in town. Oh also they have a bar that serves Liquor. How amazing is that. It’s going to be my number 1 go to place to hang out with my Friends. Yay yay !! Way to go Nirvana !!”

“Had dinner here during their opening weekend and have nothing but good things from all ten of us. Our waiter Renee was very attentive and the owner Susan was very welcoming. We ordered appetizers and dinners. Everything came out in a timely manner and was delicious and beautiful. The atmosphere was great. Not too loud which was shocking for a small place. It came out to be around $50 dollars a person which is very reasonable for the amount of food we got. Can’t wait to go back and try the brunch!!”

“If I could give 10 stars, I would. There seems to be a theme with Chef Brian Duffy's restaurants: Passion. The food is beyond delicious and you can tell how much time and preparation is put into every plate. We went in with high expectations and they were exceeded on every level. If you want tacos that rival any authentic Mexican restaurant, or a burger that you can safely say the best you've eaten and last but not least a cheesesteak soon to be topping the best of Philly list, then stop reading this review and go give it a try for yourself. This is the epitome of an establishment needed in every town.”

The only complaint that I would have is if you order any sort if tea there they fill the cup with loads of ice, and a small amount of actual tea. You end up finishing it in a few minutes. “It is rare, if ever, I give 5 stars for a breakfast/ lunch cafe. I took seven of my nieces and nephews to Kettle and it was excellent. The variety of dishes were so impressive, we ordered everything from the breakfast burrito, stuffed Nutella french toast to your standard bacon and eggs. Every item was cooked to perfection and thoroughly enjoyed. The prices were very reasonable for the food they delivered to our table. The service was excellent, not one mistake made and we were a table of 8. Definitely a small town gem.”

“Had a delicious dinner with our friends. We all enjoyed our meal. Unbelievable gourmet Italian menu!!! The atmosphere is beautiful and very relaxing. All new interior is immaculate and feels light and airy. First floor has a large bar with plenty of seating, plus tables in the bar area. Upstairs is very cozy filled with tables. The owner chef Tommy was extremely cordial and attentive to everyone’s needs. We were very impressed and will definitely be coming back often. Only one problem, the food is so good, they need to expand their facility already! I’d give it 10 stars if possible.”
