The only issue with this spot is the lack of parking and the total lack of ANY handicapped parking! For this reason, I only visit this bar when an event I have been in invited to some type of event...i.e. a family gathering or as in this case a political event.”

It’s buffet style and the food was good. The seating layout was nice and the place was clean. The music was great and after a certain time there was karaoke. “This place is amazing! Was there today while on a work trip. I had the grilled chicken with peppers and broccoli rabe. I would drive 500 miles to get one of them! The ingredients were fresh and the roll was perfect, soft on the inside with a bit of crunch on the outside. “Chris's has been one of my favorite spots to go for years now. Great food and fairly speedy delivery are a plus, but the staff is very friendly, for the most part. After not having been there in over a year (due to moving out of the area), my first time back was met with friendly banter. Despite them being one of my favorite spots, I have to take a star away for the price of some of the items on the menu. Some menu items are overpriced, it's as simple as that. Other than that, great spot that I would highly recommend.”

“Cawley's is an iconic Irish establishment located in the heart of the Irish community within the Highland Park section of Upper Darby Township. There are two main areas inside - the bar area and the restaurant area. Although, dining is available at any table or at the bar itself. The restaurant section was recently renovated. The renovation has given the dining area a fresh new look while providing more dining space. I believe the bar in the restaurant section was modified to provide some of this extra space, however, a bar remains in the restaurant section to provide a non-smoking option to customers. So,yes, smoking is permitted in the bar section of Cawley's. They have great ventilation so it is not very smokey. I am a smoker myself but do not like smokey environments. At Cawley's I am able to eat at the bar and not be bothered by anyone smoking; I can barely tell at times. However, several Friday or Saturday nights in the later hours, I have seen clouds of smoke when entering (this is probably from the increase of patrons smoking). Cawley's has daily menu item specials including dinner entrees. While the soups also rotate, when the Cream of Potato soup is on the soup menu, it is a must-have. One of the best special appetizers (which is not available every day) is the Fried Pickles. They are the long cut spears and are fabulous (once they cool down). Wing lovers should also experience Cawley's wings - and if you are lucky, Jerk Wings will be on the special menu. Overall, Cawley's is a great spot for family and friends. They make you feel welcome and everyone from the staff to the regulars are friendly and inviting - a relaxing place to eat, drink, and enjoy yourself!”

“We just had dinner here last night. About 1 month after the renovations were complete. It was absolutely delicious!! I had the clams casino- great seasoning Also had the seafood raviolis- mouth watering!! At the table the family ordered the roasted peppers with fresh sharp provolone, veal Oscar, veal Celeste. Everything was absolutely delicious and cooked perfectly! When they say lump crab meat they mean it! The tarimasu was the best I have ever had! The ambiance is one of family, conversation and warmth created by the wonderful owners. A fantastic experience altogether! Highly recommend!!”

So basically, I’m always told the product I end up looking for some times will be available in the next order. So in other words, they seem to need to get better at their ordering practices. Once they get better at their ordering, Ill give this location 5 stars. So besides this location being out of stock A lot, it’s a pretty good Wawa.”

“This is my favorite tea house! Individual servings instead of a tiered platter. You get two tea options per table (although this rule changes each time I visit). The food is outstanding. You can shop all over the place, the whole place is a cute gift shop! It's $25 a head which includes your tea, starter, entree plate of tea sandwiches, and dessert plate. So all in all a good deal. The service is always friendly and quick, but they won't rush you, so take your time and enjoy yourself! Parking IS LIMITED though so carpool when possible!”
