“The food was pretty good, I must say. That’s the point of going to a restaurant is to get good food. I would’ve given 5 stars, but their were a few issues. First off, if there is going to be a “brunch’’ menu, you should put some lunch options on there. We asked for a lunch menu, and it wasn’t going to be served until 3. Who eats eggs at 2:55? You can tell that the servers are new, still learning, that sort of thing. My boyfriends potato’s were cold which occurred because the server was no where to be found. I ordered a second martini 10 minutes before our meal came out. I didn’t receive it until I was done my meal. Maybe tell the bartender you are busy and need her to bring out the martini to the table? The service was just off and needs a good amount of work. I took the time to write this review because I know how highly owners think of them and I would hope this could help with a newly opened business . We will most likely be back in the future, most likely after 3 pm, and hopefully with a more attentive server. The sever was super sweet and all, just not on it. I hope next time we attend that I will write a review for 5 stars. Thanks a lot.”

“Been here multiple times with friends. I’ve always enjoyed the food here. The royal burger is filling and tastes fantastic with lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese. The patties are cooked with precision and taste incredible as usual. With over a hundred shake flavors, it’s challenging to figure out which one to pick. My go-to is always the mint chocolate chip. It’s cold, refreshing, and comes in a large silver cup. The best part about the place is that it looks like somewhere that would have existed back in the 70s to 80s era. I’d say Back to the Future Film themed atmosphere. I also liked some of the background music that was playing more from that generation. The service is always great with the people courteous and polite. It’s always packed. I highly recommend. 5/5”

“I have to say they are great for the money. They run a deal on Monday and Tuesday with a large cheese pizza for $6.00 + $0.36tax. The pizza has a garlic smell to it and a slight garlic taste on the crust. It’s really good, since I put garlic powder on anyway. Though, if you’re not a huge garlic fan I would ask about not having it. I give their pizza two thumbs up!”

“First time here. My hubs and I went for lunch. Service was excellent. The mozzarella wedges and the salad were good appetizers. My husband got the spinach ravioli which he said was ok, he would try something different next time. I had the spaghetti and meatballs. The meatballs were we're homemade and very delicious, pasta was homemade too...so they get A's there. So here is the thing...Italian food is my favorite and so I can say this honestly, the sauce was not good. I don't know if it was very over salted but it almost tasted vinegary. It completely turned me off. The meatballs and spaghetti were really soaking in the sauce so I had to kinda force it down...I know! I never had such an unpleasant tasting pasta sauce. Maybe this was a fluke? So we agreed we would be willing to give them another try but if that is really their sauce? Then I'm afraid I can't do it. The lunch prices were good.”

“The first time I stopped in I had no idea what to expect. Since then I have returned at least 10 more times! Food is wonderful! I stick with the original combo but I always make sure to get an extra side of boom sauce for my fries, it really adds to it. Both the iced tea & the lemonade are fan favorites in my house. We will even drive there just for the drinks. The customer service is great! I always get a “welcome back” by the chicken & a great conversation about all the food on the menu. The young woman at the counter always makes sure my order is correct, reads everything back to me & I have absolutely no complaints! The menu is continuing to expand & the quality never disappoints. “October 2019: huge location, good food, free parking, okay service, mostly new people. We tried the Halloween specials and they were pretty good. Food looked and tested great. Furniture could use some care. My seat cushions were almost non existent and I felt like sitting on the base frame. “My food was good. The portion size is great, and the menu selection is wide enough that I could order for days from this place. But my biggest complaint, or only problem is the wait time. We waited almost 2 hours for our food to be ready. And that is really frustrating when we pre ordered. The staff was really nice especially the cook. I know they were busy, and I know things happen but that seems to be a running theme here and that makes me really leery about ordering from them or even walking in to order. Maybe look at those peak times and get more kitchen staff to help the "One Lonely Chef", which should be the name of the restaurant.”
