    Nice place! Good bar tender. We stopped in for a quick beer then went in search of the elk and we're not disappointed.

    The sandwiches were pretty good, but they piled on potato chips to fill the basket. The menu said you get a pickle, but they did not give us one. Burgers are plain and if you want tomato, lettuce e etc it's 25 cents per item. Little annoying things, I know, but they add up for a less than stellar experience.

    Nice place. Loved the food. Loved our waitress. Even with it being busy (Sat. at 6pm), the service was very good. Wish I lived closer so I could eat there more often!!!

    Stayed one night. 11 rooms upstairs with 2 shared bathrooms; there was only one other occupied room, so it wasn't a problem. Rooms are basic with bed and dresser only. Clean and comfortable. Food in restaurant downstairs - the smoked pork ribs were the best!
