Great proteins!! We had the 3 meat sampler with 2 sides. $19 per person. I had pulled pork, beef brisket and ribs. My husband also got the brisket and pulled pork, but tried the chicken. All were delicious. The sides were good but not as good as the meat. Same as the smoked berry cheesecake. It was good but not as good as the meat....Now on to the beers...we shared 2 flights...4 beers per flight....very pleasantly surprised. Much better selection and quality than Timbercreek. Service was quick and very friendly...But we were there on a Sunday at 4pm. Likely not peak hours. Our waitress said they are usually 'slammed', so plan accordingly. Our view...YES we recommend it! And not because of the TV show!

Went here because of the TV reality show, just a short 300 mile drive from our house in Canada and glad we did. When you see about 80 cars in the parking lot at 4 o’clock then you know the food is good. And good it was. The hostess only had hi top tables left and because the chairs had backs, that was fine. Very nice decor, nothing tacky and super wait staff. Our server was actually part of the TV show. Our meals came out much sooner than we expected, I only had one sip of my Underdog Beer before our meals were sitting on the table. My wife and I both ordered the ribs which just fell off the bones and our sides were cole slaw, mac and cheese, baked beans and potato salad. Wife said best mac and cheese and baked beans ever. Of course I couldn’t leave without buying a tee shirt and some BBQ sauce. Our drive really was a small detour on our way to Florida. This could well be an annual stop for us. Go here, you won’t be disappointed, just avoid the potholes in the parking lot. And check out
    the smoker at the entrance.

We took a purposeful side trip to Erie PA just to try this BBQ place. Had recently seen it on Undercover Billionaire. Staff were very friendly and happy to come to table and talk about their experience on the show. Chef Ashley and Pit Master Cowboy Mike and Dan were great to talk to. Had great conversation with Mike about smoking skills! The meal was wonderful. Great tasting meats and sides!! Tender burnt ends and tasty homemade sauces! Will definately make sure we take a aside trip next time we are heading through PA!! Right off the main strip. Great group of people and good food!

Absolutely delicious. Watched the show, had to try the food. Was not disappointed! Had the brisket and pulled pork. Both extremely tender, juicy and delicious. Mac and cheese was awesome as well. Not sure what some other reviews about oven cooked meat were about. They definitely use the smokers outside. Watched them bring in a cart full of meats. All the sauces were amazing. If you want good BBQ, this is the place to go in Erie! Glen, if you read this, consider opening your next location in Sarasota, Florida! Erie is too much of a drive to get my BBQ fix! We have no good BBQ down here!

Amazing BBQ, especially the brisket! Service is excellent, prices are ridiculously reasonable. It's easy to find, gobs of parking. You MUST try this restaurant. I wish we had one in Detroit! (And we got some REALLY good local "Q" in Motown, so high praise Under Dog!)
