Unbelievably awesome food AND beer! I couldn't believe the Google rating was 4.6 for here! We ordered a flight of beer (2, 3, 5, 6, 8, & 10) which we really enjoyed. My favorite was Sly Fox Helles Gold (#2). Hubby's was Ginary (#6). Not sure why people are commenting that the beer tastes "watered down" & "bland" because it is some of the best beer I've ever had (and we visit BREWERIES & TASTINGS ALL THE TIME ????????). They all had a crisp, clean mouth feel without any nasty, lingering aftertastes. It was great to be able to watch the beer being made through the viewing windows as we ate & drank. The atmosphere is super cool & laid back vibey. They have tons of stuff for kids to do which is fantastic and uber smart (they even have Galaga!). For food, we enjoyed the porkbelly steamed buns (lost my mind a bit groaning in delight over these!), York city soft pretzels (I love me some good soft pretzels! These were right up there with the best!), classic double for the kiddo (tasted it! Best burger I've had in a long time!), Luxe de Boeuf for the hubby (I tasted it, of course, & it was AMAZEBALLS), & the Hot Chicken (yum yum yum & MORE YUM ????????). In conclusion, if you enjoy super tasty beer, amazing food, & a laid back, comfy atmosphere, TRY IT OUT!
Place is great. Food is good, awesome atmosphere. Not sure about the beer being weak or whatever seemed good to me. All beer is fine honestly.
Their food is amazing. Small menu, but it makes the food better when you can focus on a few things.
Beer is pretty damn good too! Very worth the trip.
The food is really good here. The beer could be better though. My whole party felt the beer was a bit weak and watery lacking body and flavor. We tried quite a few different beers and settled on one good one. However, the food was fresh and delicious. We were there for the beer so I will have to stick to 3 stars but would give a much better rating for the food quality and taste.
We had a party of four during trivia night. It was a ton of fun. Beverages were great (I did not have beer) and I thoroughly enjoyed the Whiskey that they had in store. Their food menu was good, much better than many bars. We enjoyed incredibly soft pretzels rods and the beef tacos. Both items were delicious. Atmosphere wise, it is really cool. Plenty of space with interesting decorations. My wife and I will definitely be coming back more often and certainly visiting the whiskey part that is open on Saturdays and Sundays.
Edit: Per the Restaurant, Whiskey bar is only open on Friday and Saturday.
