They didn’t make an effort to make the issue right. So we visited this Starbucks location and our cashier Alachell was very nice and more than happy to help us. She also made things right and not only gave the free birthday reward 2 weeks later, but was overall very helpful.”

“I’m on the fence about this place. It has its good points and bad points both. No matter how long the line is, the service is always speedy. I come here every morning for a medium iced caramel latte with almond milk, while the girls working the drive thru window are always pleasant, they all charge a different price for the same latte. Menu says 50 cent upgrade for almond milk but sometimes they charge me $1 extra and sometimes they charge 50 cents. The iced latte is good when they actually stir it but their donuts aren’t always fresh. The glazed ones I got were stale and old tasting so you might want to consider getting your donuts elsewhere.”

If you ripped the all the golden arches off the building it would look like someplace you would go to have your taxes done. “Needing a gas stop in the early morning hours, it was nice to have a Sheetz right off of 81. Open 24 hours, it's very dependable. Twelve pumps are free for use, with car washes being offered as well. The store is large with many snack offerings and other basic goods. As a whole, your expected Sheetz. It does well, with the store and lot being clean and well-maintained.”

“This location always provides a positive experience. Staff is friendly and helpful. When I want to make changes to how a sandwich comes, they never seem to mind, and it is always made correctly. Coffee is always fresh, and iced coffee is great. Clean dining g area, and pretty landscaping outside, well maintained. Update May 2019: Rapid pick-up is so very convenient. Order online (where you can FULLY customize your order), pay online, and simply walk into the restaurant at the time YOU specify it to be ready and there it is on a special cart. You could even order at 7 pm the night before and have breakfast ready for you to pick up at 7 am the next morning! No need to talk to staff. Very handy except the one time my order wasn't ready...that was incredibly irritating. I ordered 45 minutes ahead of my selected pick-up time, arrived on the dime, and waited nearly 20 minutes for my order. Absurd. Barely even an apology, too. Luckily that was an isolated incident.”
