“The host was delightful???? He was engaging and very friendly. He seated us and got our drinks and menus. The waitress took our order and that was pretty much all the communication we had with her till she brought the bill and asked if we wanted anything else. It wasn't busy. From my observation the host was working his butt off to give great customer service. And our waitress was chating with a friend feet away from us. The host brought our food. And that still didn't prompt her to check in on us!! Which would have been nice seeing we had no silverware, empty drinks. Still our waitress stood at the register talking to a friend. My husband finally got us silverware from behind the counter. Thankfully the food was really good???? The host and kitchen did a great job???? We would dine again but will be sure to avoid the worst waitress ever!!!”
