Hostess Jasmine was horrible. Extremely unprofessional. On the plus side both managers on duty and our waiter and waitress where awesome. My daughter just graduated from Ft. Jackson and we went ther with 20 people which is a huge group. No food mess ups no drink mess ups great service. Managers kept checking in to make sure everything was going good. Would recommend this place completely as long as hostess gets changed.
Stayed in Pennsylvania for 2 days, started both days at Cracker Barrel. Customer service is pleasant and professional, environment feels like home and the food....... not only delicious and filling, but you cant beat the price! As a New Yorker, you appreciate getting a full meal for under 10 bucks. Definitely my go to when there one around.
Great food, fun shop, nice staff.,I recommend the chicken, tenders and house salad. I also love the clearance section. Great family friendly place. No bar or alcohol, just good coffee, fresh biscuits, and true southern style food.
I like going to this place for breakfast once in a while, on my last visit I had a pleasant visit, the waitress was very friendly, she was enjoying her day at the job, very helpful and didn't take long to get our orders in.
Their pancakes have become my favorites, I used to not like this place, that is until I visited and had a good experience while in there, I used to visit and liked going to another famous pancake place down the road.
Now I prefer and choose this restaurant for their good quality food and service, there may be a person here and there that may not be enjoying their day at work, but for the most part it's been a pleasant experience the times I've been to this place.
I would recommend it, you don't have to believe me or take my word for it, but their pancakes and fried apples are simply DELICIOUS. ????
I have only ever been here for breakfast. They do a really good breakfast! My favorite is the Freestone peach pancakes. Delicious!
Service is normally good. Coffee hits the spot. And, those little bottles of syrup are a nice touch.
I like to shop in the gift shop near Christmas time for some good stocking stuffers. They have a good selection of stuff you won't find elsewhere.
