Cartoon Network Hotel

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, nice shower with nice shower head and hot water. All staff members were super friendly, it’s been a while since I stayed at a place with such excellent customer service. They really seem to enjoy their jobs, if they don’t they are really good actors. The restaurant is cool, but the food is overpriced. They should expand the arcade and have more variety of games. Some of the games were not working. The rooms should have a personal microwave.

The kids had a fantastic time. It's very clean and the people who work there are extremely friendly and helpful. Pricing is a little expensive in the vending machines and in the store. We would like to go back in the warmer weather to try the outdoor pool area.

Overall the people that work here are super nice. The workers will start a conversation with you, and just make your stay great! I loved the cafe, the food and drinks there were amazing. And the indoor pool was very relaxing also. There were no problems with the rooms either, they were clean, organized, and they looked immaculate overall. I hope to come again soon, it was a great stay☺️

It is a very cool theme. But our room was dirty with sticky handprints left on the wall. Exposed wires in one of the bunks. The drain in the bathtub barely could keep up with the high water pressure. There was a large bean bag chair in the room. Which we were not expecting, but was a neat surprise. We were excited for the pool. Only halfway through the stay to find out, it was closed for cleaning the whole time we were there and we were never notified. We got a menu and a list of times everything opened. But most of the things never did in fact open. Customer service was great however. And check in was very easy.

My kids absolutely loved staying here. I was very impressed with the themed room (Ben 10) and it was very clean. The food was excellent in the restaurant and so was the theme. The whole experience was excellent for my little guys. My only complaint is they need to do a better job of having the characters come out.
