Hoss's Steak & Sea House

I ordered the crab cakes. They were better this time. Had just the right amount of filler. A lot if crab meat. Last time I was disappointed with them. But they were great.

Excellent meal for a reasonable price. Service was very good even with the number of people dining. Steak (fillet mignon) was done perfectly (medium rare - hot, red center) and everything else was very good. Nothing lacking in cleanliness either.

Very good steaks. I had the burgundy steak and it was cooked exactly how I liked it. The baked potato was really good too. Nice family atmosphere, and the server was great! She was friendly and on top of things. I will be back next time I am in town.

I've always enjoyed the salad bar here. They have plenty to pick from and haven't diverted from the classics since they've updated. Of course I always say yes to Pepsi products! But, please, keep them coming! I'm pretty sure it's all-you-can-drink too. I just thought of this while getting really into this review, put the fountain out on the floor, b/c I do not mind helping myself and we both know soda cheap and Pepsi is cheaper! Otherwise, I really enjoy that they have a bunch of rotating soups and have a least like 4 hot at any time...Plus their tidier dessert bar had some cool new things... the s'more-in-a-cup was delightful.

Good food at a decent price... They have a pretty nice salad bar. The steaks are good... but trying to get it cooked right is hit or miss. The service is usually friendly and helpful. The bathrooms however are a bit grungy which makes me question how clean the kitchen is... but I have never gotten sick off their food the countless times I have eaten there.
