Black Gryphon

We stopped yesterday on the whim and ended up having a really great meal.
Tony was very pleasant the food was fabulous. I can't wait to go back and try the new menu.
I just wish we would have stopped sooner to enjoy a little bit of everything that was on this past menu.

Just had a great meal at The Black Gryphon. Vegan menu, great fish menu, and good beer selections. And very Resonably priced. We will be returning to this very good restraunt. Great place to relax and enjoy a great meal.

Our visit was an enjoyable experience. There is a diverse offering of craft beers available in a 5 oz. portion, which is great for sampling or consumption control. I was impressed with my Philly cheese steak, the toppings were just right in portion and the meat was tender. Fries are tasty and not over coated with salt; they lack a crispiness I seek but are worth trying. To note: facilities were clean, and the staff was courteous and hard working. My only complaint is that I think it's cruel to include a 2% fee on credit card payments and not offer an ATM on the premises!

I'm not from the area, but whenever I come to Elizabethtown to visit my girlfriends parents, we stop here. The cocktails are imaginative and fabulous, the food is amazing, and the service is stellar. I've never come away disappointed. Every staff member is very knowledgeable about every ingredient in every drink and dish. They take pride in what they serve, and it shines through in everything I've had. Can't recommend this place enough.
