Service usually good, but last time after paying for my takeout order they didn't actually give me the pizza for 10+ minutes; it turns out it was already out of the over, sitting in a box. Room temperature by the time I got it. A victim of their own success in terms of being too busy. Started using spicy ham in their calzones which is a big step backwards in terms of taste, and too often the dough inside the calzone is still uncooked while the outside is too browned.
