“Talk about a hidden gem!! It was my first time ordering, and did so in person. The menu isn’t huge but doesn’t need to be! Got the Italian and the Columbia (sweet bologna, turkey, and salami). The bread is great (a well guarded secret), the meat is fresh and plentiful, and the toppings are a perfect addition to both sandwiches. Did I mention they are HUGE?! Price is well worth it, the chef (presumably the owner) was incredibly friendly and you can tell he stands by his product - and SHOULD. We are full full full. We’ve been #hoagiefied!”

Start a maintenance program to clean stains on a regular basis and thorough cleaning and sanitizing carpet. Carpet in a dining area can get ugly very quick. Keep up the nice appearance and good food and you will be there for a long time. Word of mouth is most important in any business!”
