“This was my first stop in Ellwood City when I started working here. I became a big fan of their Chai tea and creative variants of that...the chocolate chai tea is my off-menu favorite. “Always done perfectly, fast and reliable... The above sentence I posted a couple of months ago and decided to come back and give a more detailed review. We have been ordering from Domino’s in Ellwood city for three years since we moved here from Cranberry. Although the cranberry store was usually pretty decent at the Ellwood store is always 100% every time. We have never had not one problem with them or their pizza or their timing or their service. The pizza is always cooked perfectly wings and sides are always done well and you can’t beat the price. I remember one time and one time only I had requested certain toppings to only be on one side this was a maybe 2 years ago, (a year into our ordering from this store) However the toppings or on the entire pizza. No big deal but one person in my family won’t eat onions if they’ve touched anything. I was going to order another one without complaining only because the store had never messed up and it’s not expensive. When I called in they recognize my name and they were super apologetic and they replaced the pizza without charging me. I didn’t even ask them to do that. the drivers are always so nice !!! It’s just an all-around pleasant experience in this store should be very proud of their employees their food and the business in a hole. If I could give you 10 stars I would. As a business owner myself I’d say this store is run perfectly.”

“The wife and I haven't tried here yet so we made a reservation for 4 and invited some friends to join us. Upon entering it is a nice environment to sit down and have dinner in. The dining area isn't loud and overall feel is comfortable. Service could be a lot better, it took a while for the server to acknowledge that drinks were needed or our friends had even turned up. I'm not sure if it was understaffed in the dining area or just servers lack of awareness RE customers. A lot of beers on the menu also were not on tap as shown. The two starters came out, immediately followed by 3 main courses. Table was crowded, we were not ready for the main courses, the timing was all wrong. One main then came out 5 minutes later than the other three. The food was not bad, loved the Shrimp starter, ravioli was good. Friends also enjoyed their Burger and Chicken Salad. Overall middle of the pack but don't be mistaken if the service in here was more attentive and aware of customers, this could be a 4-5*”
