Avoid the loaded fries, as the plain side of fries is twice the size and half the cost. (Also, why aren't the fries salted at all? Have you tried putting salt on cold fries? It just doesn't work. Even worse for the fries on the salad.) Overall service was in need of help, but they are new and working out kinks. Our waitress was amazing!!”

The establishment is what appeared to be a little white church very banquet feel but homemade delicious food and very bountiful a for sure doggy bag. “I had a large order of Smelts, which are little breaded fish filets and they are absolutely delicious! Light, tender, flaky, crispy and hot). We were there with a fairly large party celebrating my sister's birthday. We had a large round table, which was immediately set with our drink orders 2 baskets of fresh baked, warm bread with butter (a lot of restaurants these days forgo those simple extras to cut down on price. So, I like to give credit to the old fashioned restaurants, who still believe in giving you warm bread loaves with your dinner. Usually, when I get Smelts, I get them to go and by the time I get them home, they are somewhat warm, not as crispy and -- you know how they just lack that hot "out-of-the-fryer" crunch? So, I was really delighted with the crisp hot "melt in your mouth" Huge serving of golden Fried smelts. 3 big wedges of lemon, Which I always squeeze over top of the entire dish and AA huge serving a cocktail sauce for dipping. Again, I usually have to ask for more cocktail sauce, but not at Pagley's. This service was fantastic and everyone in my group left happy, full, and content. Once again, a 5 star dinner birthday party at Pagley's family, Italian restaurant on the East side of New Castle.”

“My husband and I are in New Castle every week because of elderly parents and being Vegan/Vegetarian, we have a difficult time finding restaurants with options. I read about the vegan burger at Riardo’s, so we tried it out. It was the BEST vegan burger we’ve ever had. We were so happy about the vegan options and are excited to try them all. And, even the beer was great! Besides the food, the staff and owners are so courteous and kind and take the time to mingle with their customers. We were even able to meet the chef to give him 2 thumbs up. If you haven’t been to Riardo’s, I urge you to check it out. Who knows, you might even see us there. ????”
