The food was AMAZING and I wish I could give 5 stars but it took over an hour to get our food.... They apologized though and gave us a discount and even offered us free dessert! Definitely want to go back though!!
Food was great and the atmosphere was decent, but the service was the total opposite. Waited over an hour to get our food. Our waiter was extremely apologetic and they comped our meal. Luckily we didn’t have our kids or this would have been an extremely unpleasant dinner. We will probably go back to give it another chance.
This would be a 5 star review except for the newness of the staff causing some hiccups. The menu is diverse, even offering vegan soy protein options. The staff was friendly and worked hard to make everything run smoothly. Drinks were a little pricey, chicken was just ever so slightly dry. The flavor though was excellent. They do blend herbs and spices well. I will say figuring out how to get in was a challenge. They sent us up a flight of stairs without any explanation. They also tried to seat us in a booth that even our tiniest group member could barely fit. They remedied the problem quickly though, so kudos for their flexibility.
The wait staff seems a little inexperienced, but they're definitely trying hard. The food though, is totally on point! Been there twice and was amazed each time. Once the wait staff gets experience, they will be worthy of 5 stars. Definitely check the place out, you won't be disappointed.
Good Mexican restaurant. I had the Burrito Deluxe which was very good. Lots of flavor. The waiter was polite and helpful. Prices are about average and the portion size is definitely worth the price. Downstairs the music was a little on the loud side which got slightly annoying. The chips that they bring out look homemade but they're a bit under salted. The salsa they bring out for it helps cover for that though. Overall a good place to eat.
