Hardee's

My favorite fast food. Its all a nice and clean and the service is Always very good. ????

Quick service, polite and well trained servers. Food was well cooked. They had a problem with their fountain soda machine and the manager went out and bought sodas to accommodate customers. He handled a situation that could have been bad in a quick and efficient manner.

Never had a bad experience here. The food is always hot and fresh and is ready in good time. The staff is friendly

Great burgers. I ordered one slider. It comes with two patties. I ordered it with onion rings. The onion rings are awesome. The location is perfect. Plenty of parking and the tables seem to be cleaned often. I have gone here twice and I am planning on future visits.

As a person who has four degrees in business management, customer service is extremely important to me such as, the cleanliness of the establishment, whether the service was fast or not... Etc. Up until today, I have never been to a Hardee's in my life so this was a big first impression. Not only were we greeted and felt welcome, but the polite young man was patient with me having no idea what to order since I've never been there. However, we got our food extremely quick and they even brought it to our table so we didn't wait at the counter. Becca, who was not the one that took her order but the one that brought us our food... Stayed with us and had a conversation that had to have lasted 20 to 25 minutes. I'm sure she had tons of things that she needed to do and get them before leaving and it was already getting late, but she was extremely polite, kind, very outgoing, there was not a negative thing about her! I could not find a single reason to be unhappy with the visit! She needs to be rewarded along with her coworkers for their extremely positive customer experience! Bottom of my heart... Thank you!
