Queen City BBQ

I am only in town for a week due to painting a mural nearby. My buddies and i love bbq as we are from the south. The food was fantastic!!! I got the Buffalo chicken egg rolls and the brisket. It was amazing. I would recommend both of those dishes to anyone! The service could not have been better either. Leanna was very thorough when explaining the dishes and recommending beer. She was very friendly and upbeat. This restaurant is a place to remember!!! The service, food and the look of the restaurant is one of the best i have ever been to! I loved my experience.

We brought 2 kids and they loved playing Fuseball and throwing bean bags outside.

It was a cool crowd and a good atmosphere.

When one orders a half slab or full slab of ribs, one would expect that the ribs are all attached by meat in one piece. Didn't happen with my full slab or my partner's half slab. Plus, the ribs were burnt on the outside and some were dry on the inside. The collard greens were well seasoned, but still had tough stems in them and were not cooked long enough. It was a disappointing meal, but I had great company.

Best smoked meat for a couple hundred miles around. You can either get sandwiches or not waste time with bread and just get a pile of meat. Awesome sides like burnt ends, coleslaw and biscuits complement the meal. Not that hungry? The appetizers like brisket tacos, quesadillas or pierogies hit the spot.

My wife Joelle and I stopped in on our way back to Harrisburg from NYC and had some of the best brisket we’ve ever had, along with some great collard greens and mashed sweet potatoes - simple but done well. Our server Vittoria was so friendly and helpful, and the manager/partner on duty even showed us the smoker room. We definitely recommend Queen City for some great barbecue!
