Movie Tavern Trexlertown

We have not been out to the movies for a very long time, and decided to give this very unique venue a try. We will definitely be back! The seats were so much more comfortable than your typical theater. We were cozy, the snacks were tasty. The bartender was extremely helpful at trying to walk us through how everything works. I had a large dogfish head 60 minute and the price really was not that bad. I think it was maybe nine dollars but it was a big beer! We ordered a chicken fingers, which were typical but not bad, and french fries, which actually were very good. We also got some popcorn. Not enough butter but I’m not sure if we added extra or not. So I can’t really comment. Like I said, we will return!

We had a wonderful experience! I tried ordering food to be taken to our seats for the first time last Friday night and was a little bit nervous after reading some reviews about people not getting the goods they ordered, but we did receive ours! Popcorn and drinks arrived right on time, and then the other goods we ordered came a bit later. Our movie room was PACKED though, so I am super impressed by how fast staff were able to get orders out and serve everyone. Staff was very kind and respectful too. Thank you so much guys! 🍿✨

I love this place reclining chairs. The best is Tuesday sign up. And it's $5 Tuesday night every Tuesday and you get free popcorn.

For it being my first time here I love the vibe. Biggest complaint is the cost of the popcorn. I never been to a theater that charges extra for salt and butter and taste that bad!

The theater itself is huge and was great. But probably won't come back.
