R Bar and Grill

Daughter and I attended a 50th Anniversary party. The food was delicious. I can not say enough about the staff. They were always doing something constantly they were fantastic. We will be returning.

Best place to eat in the valley! Fantastic drinks, terrific food, great service, wonderful atmosphere. The R Bar is my favorite place.

great burgers & wings, solid drinks, BUT TERRIBLE SERVICE. Waited over an hour for our food, the waitress who I won’t name had a pocket ticket, didn’t apologize about it... some food was cold or noticeably sitting in the warmer window.. My sister dined here the same night and also waited over an hour for food. It’s understandable if food runs late, I work in the food business BUT FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, give some notice. Be transparent. Our server would’ve gotten a 20%+ tip if she did her job & wasn’t so concerned about getting off of work to drink. She could’ve also not rushed us out the door by asking us every two minutes if we needed anything at the end of our meal. Like we get it, we’re one of your last tables BUT we’re a party of 11... you could’ve earned over $100 in tips from us alone if you did an excellent job. Sad that we will likely only do take out from this place or just order from the bar only. Seems like the patrons there had priority with their “Togo orders” versus patrons who actually dined in their establishment from the explanation we got from our server as to why our food was running late. I hope this reaches the two owners who actively work there, “an informed guest is a happy guest”.

Friendly staff great food, they have flights on wings which I think is an awesome idea. The place is clean and no smoking. Kids friendly environment. Pizza is alright nothing big but everything else so far has been great.
