Ruth's Chris Steak House

First time at this location and unfortunately it did not compare to other experiences. All of our steaks were crisp on the outside... they did replace mine as I was the only one who agreed to it and mine was medium. They did apologize and adjust the bill accordingly. A for customer service, but unfortunately the steaks were not to be desired.

Third anniversary dinner on 3/05. I still have a smile on my face. Mark, Trish and the rest of the staff were amazing I love the bar music and atmosphere. Go for the experience of five star dining. It's worth the treat once in your life. Thanks everyone. We had a great time.

My wife and I have been to this particular Ruth's Chris four times now and every visit except our most recent visit has been great. Unfortunately, our most recent visit was marred by extremely poor service. Our waitress didn't come back to check on us at all between taking the order and the entree coming out (appetizer and salad came out without any sign of her). She checked on her other tables multiple times during that span. The managers also seemed to ignore us, although one had time to have a glass of wine with another table. Thank goodness for the busboy who was attentive and could at least pass on a drink order for us when our drinks ran out. After finally getting to speak with a manager, we told her of our disappointment and specifically told her not to take anything off the check as the food was still up to the normal level of excellence. After that our waitress began directing angry glares at our table, didn't apologize, and threw down some dessert menus, stating they were on the house. We declined, they took off a round of drinks despite our instructions, we paid the check, and left. Overall, very disappointing service from our manager and waitress (who honestly acted like our two year old does after he gets scolded). It will be difficult to go back given our vastly superior experiences in many of the local restaurants.

One of the best steaks ever! I also like that the salad, potatoes and vegetables are not included in the price of your dinner and need to be ordered. I’m not one who can eat much at one time so it works out great for me. Once in awhile I will have an appetizer but usually just the bread and the entree are enough for me. The staff is always professional and provide great service. They do have a nice small desert plate for when someone is celebrating a birthday.
