Chuck E. Cheese's

I'm glad they updated some of their machines. Definitely has gotten better as far as cleanliness and such. Their isn't enough staff though. Fun for the kids.

Was great. Grandson had a blast. Only critique is they need more ticket machines. There was a long line for kids to redeem their tickets.

Took my grandson. Cashier forgot to tell me or ask me about an upgrade to Chuck E Cheese cup, with purchase of food and beverage. Act like she barely wanted to be at work, like she's annoyed bc I was asking questions. It was my first time there. I'm spending money. Had right to ask questions. My grandson's pizza took forever. I saw guy carrying it up in the air, searching for the correct table. Went to everyone else BUT the right table. Watched him go back to kitchen, BUT he NEVER asked me if I ordered the pizza. I asked another guy, he checked & it was ours. Smh. The BEST part of my visit was seeing the endless smile on my grandson's face and the excitement of winning tickets as he played games and rode in cars, etc. Other than that, I'd probably gave less than 4 stars! His happiness, ALL that matters.

We came for a birthday party today. Kiddos loved it and had a wonderful time. Staff was friendly and helpful! The party experience didn't seem as rushed as parties we have been to here in the past. Food was good and overall great experience for us. Would highly recommend it for birthday parties or just a fun family time!!
