Chick-fil-A Wilkes-Barre

I love their food! The chicken noodle soup and their lemonade are must haves on the menu! Their service is excellent and very quick. The staff are very helpful, polite, and kind. I have not yet tried the drive thru option but it appears very quick and organized. Prices are also very good here! Worth all 5 stars!

Place was really clean.

Staff have a lovely vibe about them. Just so friendly.

I just think for me food wasn't all that good.

It's wasn't bad by any means, just on par with KFC and the rest.
It's exactly what you expect it to be. Standard fast food.

Though the staff in this particular fast food restaurant were the nicest people I've seen in a fast food restaurant.

This place is amazing, I was there on a Friday night at the busiest time, it was amazing to see how quickly they were able to get the food served to the customer. There is no table service, but you order at the counter, if it's busy they give you a table marker & will bring you your food. By the time my brother had ordered the food was already being delivered to the table. There had to be close to 50 people in line but yet all were served in a matter of minutes! There are many options to choose from, they have an array of condiments located where you get your forks knives napkins Etc. The portions are comparable to the price, they have two drive-through Lanes and they will make your visit as enjoyable as possible. I've heard about Chick-fil-A's food and service and it was above and beyond what I was expecting. This is a place you need to visit and you will certainly not be disappointed! In the photo you see how many customers were in line, and they were all served within 10 minutes - the efficiency this restaurant is run is just fantastic

I love this place. The staff is so friendly, go above and beyond to make sure your order is fast and accurate. The team there definitely bust their but to ensure a great experience and the food is mouth watering amazing, every last time. I highly recommend!

Visited a couple times since they opened. Long lines most of the time, understandable. The food and service was good those two times. Went in early on a Saturday morning. There was no wait and no lines. Handed my coupon for a complimentary breakfast item and added hash browns. Service was nice, polite cashier. Food was done too quickly, given the lack of customers seemed like a bad sign. Chicken minis: chicken was good, biscuits were soggy and/or undercooked. Ditto with the hash browns, cold and undercooked. Disappointed to say the least, given that it wasn’t busy or unmanageable. Garbage all over the parking lot, garbage cans overflowing. Gotta step up their game.
