The Brookview Manor Family

We had an excellent stay ! From the moment we checked in, till the moment we checked out, the staff was exellent. The owners, Marty and
Gaile, were very helpful and great hosts. Whether it was for information about the area, house or just to make you smile, they made our stay feel as if we were at grandma's and grandpa's house. The food is excellent, as Marty is a great cook. Breakfast was great and dinner at the inhouse restaurant, My Daughters Place, was also great, as Marty cooks with his daughter there as well. The home is over 100 years old and offers its own character and charm. The bed was comfortable and roomy, we both slept well. The only minus was that our room,#2, had a stand up shower which was a bit small and the toilet was close to the wall but that can be expected with older homes. Other rooms had tubs and showers.
Overall, this was a great stay and we cant wait to go back!

This was our first time at a B&B, and what a great experience we had! The owners are so friendly and accommodating, the main and carriage houses are cute, cozy, and well-kept, and the food is unbelievably amazing! We will definitely come back when the weather warms up so we can enjoy the grounds.

Excellent service, friendly staff and Marty's meals were fantastic and delicious. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. Thank you Gaile, Marty, Ilene (excellent drinks!), and everyone else that made our stay so enjoyable.

We spent the New Year's weekend here and enjoyed our stay in room 11. Marty and Gaile were really great hosts! The breakfast was amazing (Marty was also able to accommodate food allergies- ie: gluten intolerance) and the room was nice and cozy. Would recommend to others!

A lovely venue, wonderful staff and a fun murder mystery made this a go to destination.
