Smuggler's Cove

Great place for seafood. I had the coconut shrimp, it was good. My wife had steak which she really liked. The ambience was quiet we went at 3 o'clock.

Went for lobster feast $ 9.99 for LOBSTER tail and steak nice size.
Our server was very attentive and friendly. Good salad bar

Good selection of foods to choose from. Sea food is fresh frozen, with a few items that are fresh caught. Yes, they have fresh lobsters on hand.

Kids menu was surprisingly large.

Bar area is large.

Wait staff was kind and very accommodating.

They close at 10 PM and will accommodate you up till that time. BUT remember at the end of the day they may not have all of the daily specials on hand.

For example, a man and his friend showed up at 10:05 to seat himself and demand food. The wait staff was surprisingly helpful and explained all of the menu items and that the catch of the day was not available. He was very inconsiderate, but the staff remained pleasantly and helpful.

I would return to eat there.

We stopped in here last week, since we were already out in the stroudsburg area.The food was fresh and we'll cooked. My wife who isn't a seafood lover was able to special order Chicken Scampi so that's a plus. Everything came out to perfection. The pricing is pretty comparable to Cooper's up in Scranton. The dining room and furniture definitely need updated, and remodeled. But if you can over look that then it's a decent place.
