Chick-fil-A Bartonsville

Is it better than most fast food? For sure. Is it still fast food if you have to wait in line for 25 min.? Not so sure. For that long I'd rather get something else. I just don't get all the fuss.

First went here two weeks ago and the market salad that was ordered had more greens than any of the other ingredients, especially the chicken and crumbled bleu cheese. Today we went back and I mentioned to the order taker,Serena what had happened last time. With a supervisor's help,my order was put through the way I wanted it. The market salad this time, was a fine balance of all the ingredients. However, hubby's nuggets and waffle fries were underdone. The atmosphere is friendly and helpful, plus service is done in a timely manner. Now,the staff that puts the orders together may need additional training or a better timing process for doing the orders. Yes,we will go back again.

I was introduced to this wonderful place back at school in 2012 and it’s never disappointed me. (Except for the one right over the bridge in Columbia NJ, never enough staff and order always wrong or food was cold). My daughter and I went to this new one on opening day at noon and we still got our food in 20 minutes . Kindest staff , great food , good atmosphere .
