Garlic Steak & Seafood

The five stars is for the food, friends and I were in town for the first time and had heard about this restaurant, we were not expecting it to be so freaking good. Service could have been better, the hostess was training and was doing excellent, but the lady training her was a little rude and you could tell she was frazzled from it being so busy (it was a Saturday night). Our waiter failed to tell us the specials so we had ordered from the menu, had the lobster mac and cheese as well as the NY Strip. When I say the food was cooked to perfection I can't even deny how good it is. I live in NYC and eat from some of the best restaurants every day and this is by far my top 5. Incredibly impressed and hopefully will make my way back in the near future !!

Very nice restaurant, great service and good food. I was surprised by the extremely high prices and the food, while good, did not live up to the prices. Also, the restaurant has an identity crisis...the menu and most of the atmosphere suggests high-end special occasion restaurant. But it was so noisy we couldn't hear each other speak. Plus the kitchen opens directly into the main dining area (of course we were seated next to the kitchen door) and that just added to the noise and server traffic.

Wonderful food. Quick and kind service. I highly recommend the sweet crab and New York strip steak with herb butter. It's a bit pricey but really worth it.

Look I'll be frank wasn't expecting much at a small town restaurant. I was totally impressed. We showed up in a group of 11. The waitress was professional, courteous and attentive. The food was very good (I had the scallops). Drinks strong and tasty. Great ambient decor etc. Overall, happy with my visit and would absolutely recommend to others.

Not sure about this place. Yes service is great and staff is wonderful but the food is just okay. For the price you charge, you need to up your game. And don’t lie to customers about where your oysters come from! Last time I had them, it was not the freshest and I’m an oyster lover. The waitress flat out lied to me and said they got them in last night. Come on guys, customers like me are smart and have been to lots of fine dining places. If you want to charge this much for this area, please let the food reflect that! And may I suggest you do away with the ridiculous a la cart? My main serving should come with at least one side!
