Compton's Pancake House

This place is classic -amazing- fast and always a great meal! The servers are awesome, your food comes in 10 minutes or less every time!
I ordered the cheesecake pancakes (because why wouldn't you?) And they were incredible!! Not to mention awesome omlettes - corned beef hash and so on.

We had gone there for breakfast while on a family vacation. The service was outstanding, our waitress was awesome!!! The food was delicious!!!! We are planning our next vacation back to stroudsburg and will definitely be eating at Compton pancake house again

This was our first experience at this restaurant and it was quite good. The food and service was very polite and friendly. This place really gets packed on the weekends, but it's a great home style place to take the family... very child friendly! We went for the first time with friends and will be back again! Update-During our latest visit..(3/20/19), we had a great breakfast and everything was hot and delicious...( just as our very first visit!). We even met the owner, who is an absolute sweetheart! We adore this place! This is a "must visit" if you're in the area.

Absolutely amazing food! Biscuits and gravy pancakes and eggs platter all made to order, fresh and simply amazing! We all ordered more then we could eat and even my kids finished! Normally a reasonable wait on weekend but it's worth it. All the staff is very friendly! Service was amazing! Anytime I'm in the area this is my new favorite place! Try the biscuits and gravy they melt in your mouth! Reasonably priced with good portions. What more can you ask for?
