“The owner is absolutely wonderful. I called very last minute to arrange a Bloody Mary breakfast catering package for my fiancées bachelor party at a cabin in the Poconos. The owner told me they were super busy, but I begged and he found a way to fit me in. He set everything up so quickly, the responsiveness of this company is amazing! Everyone told me the food was delicious, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. I highly recommend giving them a call, but be more courteous than me and schedule in advance =)”

We were seated promptly and the waitress was pleasant and attentive but not overly so. Their menu is a touch limited in scope but is well thought out: it has just enough for everyone. The milkshakes are a big draw and are unique and interesting and, most importantly, tasty. The aesthetics of it are pleasant and warm. However... the prices are, like everything at Kalahari, outrageous. We got two shakes, three orders of wings (8 an order), and a burger and the total came to ~$120. Sure, to those from NYC or D.C. or Philly that's not *too* bad, but there are much more affordable local places with superior food. Would I go back? Only on someone else's tab.”

“Pretty restaurant. Great food. Wonderful hibachi show. A little pricey, but they offer specials on certain days so that everyone can enjoy the fun. Even those on a budget. Kid friendly environment. Free face painting and video games for kids on the weekends, but on a regular night, the hibachi host is very attentive to the children at the table. A great place for date night (nice bar area too) and family night. Will be back.”
