The Cheesecake Factory

Waited a lot longer than expected. Our waitress was awesome. We were given free coffee and dessert on the house due to the long wait. Food was great as always.

Frequent here. But this was strictly a dessert only visit. Fast and friendly service. Gave me a side of whipped cream for my toddler, which distracted him enough so hubby and I could devour our slice of ultimate red velvet cake cheesecake. Delicious!

The last 2 times we have visited this location, the food/service have not been up to reasonable standards. My wife ordered an appetizer of pot stickers and they were burnt/scorched. After 15 minutes of our waitress being nowhere to be found, we had to ask the hostess to get our waitress for us. She came over and we explained (and showed her) they were burnt, no empathy or emotion, only asked us if we want another order. When our food came to the table, my shrimp scampi dish was tasty but lukewarm at best, mostly cool. I did not want to send another dish back because it seemed clear to us that our waitress didn't care anyways. When our waitress was presenting our check, I explained to her that the kitchen wasn't doing her any favors tonight and explained my lukewarm dish. She suggested we speak to the manager. I spoke with the manager and she was a bit more empathetic and offered us free dessert. I appreciated her offer and accepted the free dessert. More importantly, I would have rather paid for the desserts like I anticipated and also had a much better dinning experience like we anticipated. This is the second time in 6 months that we have had a not so great experience here.

Just stopped in around 830pm for dessert. Hostess stand ladies seemed liked we were bothering them.
We were seated in a booth and it was too small for us. One of us walked up to the hostess stand and asked to be moved to a table and they gave us a hard time and said no tables were available. They were. Another employee walked up and said ...no problem. And sat us at a table across from the previous booth.
Our server was nice and attentive. Our dessert was yummy.
