Yard House

Wife and I used to go to Cheesecake Factory but we stopped a few months ago because the chain went so downhill. Was having my car serviced across the street so we decided to have lunch at the Yard House. We sat at the bar the bartender was very very pleasant. Our meal was delicious. I was looking around the room I was noticing other people's plates everything that I witnessed looked delicious. Will definitely go back to this chain

I'll start this review by saying I loved the food. For our appetizer we ordered buffalo wings. They needed more sauce but they were good. For my entree I ordered the lamb burger. It was delicious and well prepared. I also ordered the Hawaiian mule which was quite tasty. My only complaint is the amount of my party and I had to wait to receive our food and drinks. Our server took our drink order. I'd say about twenty minutes went by. There was confusion regarding which drinks were meant for our table. Then our wings were delivered to our table approximately 3 minutes before our entrees came out. I'd like to return to this restaurant sometime in the future to see if things improve but as of this moment I'm bot entirely impressed.

Food was good, but drink prices were high (7$ for a Yards pint) and service at the bar could have been better. My husband finished his drink and the glass sat at the edge of the bar for 5 minutes before it was picked up by a bartender, who then did not ask if he wanted another. After waiting another 5-10 minutes we were able to flag someone down for a refill.

My Wife and I stopped in last night, Sunday 1-12-20 for dinner. The women who was the training Bartender found us two seats at the bar, she couldn’t have been more professional. The male bartender was very quick and efficient. His attention was focused on two very difficult customers sitting next to me. He was going out of his way to right the ship to no avail. As a person who has worked in the restaurant industry for over 35 years, it was a pleasure to be served by professionals. Thank you for excellent service.
