“Somehow taste of drinks were not right...I asked remaking my caramel Macchiato after sipping some, a staff brought a new coffee to my table with sincere apology and asked me sincerely about what the problem was...even though i had to repeat what the problem of the taste, I also sincerely and honestly answered. The new coffee taste was better than the previous one, but still it wasn't good enough... In fact, I have experienced some branches have similar problems of the tastes...hopefully Starbucks could serve same quality of tastes wherever I go...it is important for both of clients and Starbucks in my opinion.”
