“I know they are a newer location and it takes time to shake out (which is why I have a 3 instead of lower), but a few things could be done better. They just seem disorganized and doesn’t have a good flow. Lots of staff both at the front and back of the house, yet it still takes a long time just to get a drink. It is almost like they are getting in each other’s way. The food is sometimes burned in spots, and it just is a bit disappointing. I am looking forward to when they really start to click. The seating area is clean and well laid out. The staff are friendly. The drive-thru seems to be efficient. But whomever trains DD employees to put frosted donuts upside down in the bag needs to go. It happens at almost every location I’ve been to. I’m tired of losing half of my frosting.”
