    I have never experienced a Five Guys location that has been anything less than 100% in terms of speed, quality, or consistency.
    This is the mark of a franchise that provides a path of success for its management, and the Bala location meets the standard.

    The service here is probably one of the best in Philly and that's really saying something. I've never had a problem here and I've been here a few times. The burgers of Five Guys are probably my favorite fast food burgers.

    Very friendly crew members!
    It was my very first time there and the lady at the front was very nice to me (it said tratianna ) i believe her name was! I definitely recommend this location!
