Firehouse Subs

My favorite subs place! Best subs I've ever eaten. Place is always clean. Staff is always kind and very welcoming.

My husband and I arrived on a busy Sunday morning after two large groups had placed orders ahead of us. There was only one associate behind the counter, so needless to say he was a little harried. Even so, he was attentive and, after apologizing that there would be a wait as he prepared the other groups' sandwiches, he gave us a discount on one of our combos. Honestly the wait wasn't that bad at all, and when he brought us our sandwiches he also gave us a free cookie and brownie! To top it all off, our sandwiches were AMAZING. I got a meatball and my husband got the Hook & Ladder. Hot, delicious, perfect amount of meat and cheese, and the bread was tasty and toasty. All in all a great experience. We will be back!

New chicken cajun sub... yummm. So we went in to try the newly introduced Cajun chicken sub. It was yummy, as all the firehouse subs are. The customer service was alright, almost fake, at least not rude. The sub was delicious. Little spicy! And i being an Indian, loving spicy food, it was SPICY!! So, if you like spicy food, this is YOUR sub:)

First time here and had a coupon. The restaurant was clean and well decorated.+ Temperature was a little cold. -

Menu was broad and customizable.+ Staff were pleasant but didn’t ask if I needed help with the menu or give a recommendation. Ordered a medium sandwich and was ready pretty quickly. + Tasty and unique sandwich.+ Portion for medium was a little under whelming.- $6.99 can get you a little further at other places. I’d definitely recommend getting a side so you don’t leave hungry. (extra$)

What id like to see is more unique sides that come complimentary due to sandwich size. This will make you stand out a little more from comps.

Overall 7/10. Clean,fast,tasty. — Value is a little off.
