First Watch - Audubon - Now Open!

So realizing that this place has only been open for a few weeks, they have some obvious kinks to work out. The food was good, after waithing about 40 minutes foe a table and the same amount of time for our food. I'm starting to think chain restaurants that are being run by someone in corporate that has no idea how a restaurant runs. The turnover should have been faster, definitely don't think that they have enough staff. Everyone was friendly and food was good.

Nice place. It’s a part of a chain that is quickly spreading and they do a good job at keeping the good quality of their food consistent. They are known in part for their “millionaire bacon” four strips of caramelized thick cut bacon served as an app. I have been to a few other restaurants in this chain and the bacon at this spot needs some work. It was a little over cooked and the sauce wasn’t as evenly distributed as it is “supposed” to be. This isn’t abnormal because this branch only opened a week ago. All together the food was great and the service was alright. Will go again.

Very cool restaurant! Good drinks, food and ambiance. They also have WiFi.
