    When they aren't busy, they're good. I've lived in the area for a while and usually have a good\no compaints experience.

    I've never had an issue with the customer service. I DO have issues when it's game day (NFL) and only 2 people are working and one has to go do deliveries! How is the other person expected to get 12 pizzas done in 30 minutes?! Totally unacceptable!
    Our pizza was under cooked after we ordered online and waited an hour.

    This is ENTIRELY on management. I really hope the GM reads his. The workers couldn't be more friendly and apologetic even when it isn't their fault. I felt bad for them. Everyone in the waiting area did as well.

    I call every wednesday afternoon for lunch and never have any issues. Always very pleasant

    My expectations were highly exceeded each time since I decided to give them a go about six months ago. $7.00 two topping pizza deal is pretty cool. The quality isn't topnotch, but it's decent. Pickup orders were ready surprisingly fast, and delivery was quick as well. Delivery is a huge plus; hardly anyone delivers to my address in the Lederach/Schwenksville area
