“Beautiful setting for a grand meal. Very knowledgeable staff, great atmosphere. The favorite drink was the pistachio martini, but the broken bill was also a top for some of us. After a drink before dinner, we headed upstairs for our reservation. We had the croquetas and pulpo… fantastic authentic Spanish flavors. I then had the duck- Great flavor, along with the scallops. Desserts were also great- Chef Manuel’s Napoleon was delicious! Excited to go back, our area is lucky to have a place like this!”

“'Peeps' is a very nice small diner here in Harleysville, with excellent service and a complete breakfast and lunch menu! We had a cheese omelette, with bacon added to it, and also a corned beef skillet with eggs. Both came with choice of toast and hash browns. They were both very good (personally I'm always looking for a good corned beef in a skillet - I would tweak it a bit by not crisping the corned beef and also adding a bit more of it to the skillet, but that's me). The value / price of the food was also excellent! We will definitely be returning and wanting to try more of the delicious breakfast menu choices and also the great choices on the lunch menu!”

“First of all, let’s start with the coffee. Many times, the coffee at a diner or cafe is watered down yuck. Not here. I have finally found a place that has coffee as good as what I make at home: theirs is a specialty brand-top shelf, and brewed nice and strong. Yes, please, and thank you! Our first visit, a Sunday noon, had many people waiting for a table. But Sammy’s service staff is friendly and efficient-we we seated surprisingly quickly. Cheerful, low-key ambiance-lots of plants in windows, a collection of quirky mugs for hot drinks, a counter with stools on the kitchen side. My daughter chose the brisket mac-n-cheese bowl, which was customized for her-sans broccoli and tomato. Deliciously creamy cheeses, flavorful large bites of brisket. Gourmet comfort. Since they had just run out of the shrimp and grits special, I decided on the crab cake sandwich. So glad I did-one of the best crab cake sandwiches I’ve ever had. With a side of hand cut fries-total bliss. Asked for and received lemon slices for the sandwich, might have been nice to see dill pickle company, but I can hardly quibble with a sandwich such a delicious star of the plate. We are fans of The Frog-will definitely be hopping back ????”

“I just hosted my daughters Sweet 16 surprise dinner here last night and it was incredible!! The hospitality and the “can’t do enough for you” attitude was is awesome and not too common anymore. “When they aren't busy, they're good. I've lived in the area for a while and usually have a good\no compaints experience. I've never had an issue with the customer service. I DO have issues when it's game day (NFL) and only 2 people are working and one has to go do deliveries! How is the other person expected to get 12 pizzas done in 30 minutes?! Totally unacceptable! Our pizza was under cooked after we ordered online and waited an hour. This is ENTIRELY on management. I really hope the GM reads his. The workers couldn't be more friendly and apologetic even when it isn't their fault. I felt bad for them. Everyone in the waiting area did as well.”

“Sunday brunch crowd was not bad. Seated right away. The buffet had fruit, bacon, sausage, potatoes, waffles, breads, fish and chicken. For $21.99 each all you could eat plus eggs cooked to order, omlets or eggs Benedict. Coffee, juice or soda was also included. Mimosas were extra. The restaurant was clean and had plenty of help. The food was good but not remarkable. The server appeared to be in a hurry to move us along as the noon day crowd was filling up.”

“We had a baby shower for my sister in September at the Lederach Tea Room and it was fantastic. Samantha the coordinator was so accommodating. I must have called her 100 times with questions, but she was always there for me. She worked the event with Kelly and I have never met anyone more dedicated and pleasant at any venue that I have worked with. Our guests kept commenting on how wonderful Samantha and Kelly are. The top chef, Matthew Blasy prepared a delicious buffet style dinner that our guess couldn’t stop talking about. I would highly recommend Lederach Tea Room.
