We have been here about a dozen times and were pleased for the most part. The wait staff is generally quite nice, the happy hour has great options, and their lunch and dinner menu are both varied and tasty. I just can't get over how similar the food is to Pei Wei, just more expensive... -

Chang's served me the tastiest bowl of mongolian beef and dynamite shrimp, but first, let me tell you about how I met the world's nicest server on this evening. Audrey was so kind and respectful. I like how she smiles and respects everyone that all I can say. I recommend everyone to visit this branch.
5 stars for the food and the beautiful server.
