The games are a blast and the bartenders are good. I would skip eating here-there are so many other places within walking distance. Food is terrible quality-came out cold, sliders tasted like hockey pucks and pull apart pepperoni pretzels were just okay. It’s the service that is really terrible tho, they never came to check on us, we waited almost 30 minutes for drink refills (we asked the food runner and she told us she couldn’t take orders we had to ask our waitress who we hadn’t seen since we first placed our orders, what kind of customer service is that?!). I asked for extra sauce (twice, the first time from another waitress because ours was nowhere to be found) and I was finished with my meal before they brought it. Wait staff is absolutely terrible, if they are understaffed management should at least be walking around checking on tables.
I love going there and playing games and it also has good bar choices and the food it's really good most of the time. I highly recommend the garlic parmesan cheese curds. Most of the time they are awesome but the last time I got them they were more like a pile of greasy cheese. But I guess that just could be the person who cooked them because most of the time everything is wonderful
Love this place. It's a great place for parents to connect with their teens. Dave and Buster's, makes it easy to relax. Some healthy competition between teen and parent is always a good thing. My 18 year old daughter, loved beating me up at the oversized, Rock Em' Sock Em' Robots. Which she never even knew of the old version. Gave us something to talk about.
The experience of the games for the children was really nice. However, when it came to the food....it was not good at all. I ordered salmon and jasmine rice with mixed greens. It was cold and the wings that we ordered were under cooked. The fries were cold as well, but the waiter managed to bring out "fresh" fries. The waiter was really accommodating which is why I gave three stars. However, everything else deserves 1 star.
