Mike's Brick Oven Pizza

Cheesesteaks were really good. They didn't skimp out on steak like some places, but it was a little chewy, I don't mind. I definitely won't order wings from here again though. I ordered hot wings but there was no sauce or spice at all, and they had a really weird taste to them. Leaving four stars just because it's hard to find good cheesesteaks like that around here.

My roommate has brought takeout home from here twice now. He said the atmosphere here is great and the staff enjoys their working here so much it reflects in their service. The decor (as per my roommate) is perfect for this shop. Oh wait, I'm guessing you want to know about the food? Both times Mike got me a cheese steak. He's gotten himself a cheese steak and a pizza extra cheese.

My cheese steaks had very good taste. Ample meat (especially for Pottstown) and good cheese to steak flavor ratio. The steak is a little chewy. I notice it because I have no teeth to cut thru tougher meat. Still I like the flavor enough to ignore it and will definitely buy more cheese steaks in the future. Have to explore the menu.

For pricing their food well, having ample meat in their sandwich and the taste of their offerings I rate 4 out of 5

Mike’s Brick Oven Pizza is phenomenal! In the Pottstown area there are a ton of pizza and wings places, but no one does it like Mike’s!

My go to is the Storm Runner! By far the best Buffalo Chicken Pizza I have ever had. They fry chicken strips and toss them in their Mild sauce! The pizza is creamy and cheesy and everything you would want it to be. Another go to is their white pizza. So good!

They are always kind and welcoming when I go in there, and I know the words out because there is always a line, but the wait is worth it!
